John E. Cunningham, IV
Chairman, InfoSpace
John E. Cunningham, IV has served as director of InfoSpace since July 1998 and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors since January 2011. He also served as Lead Independent Director from February 2010 through December 2010.
Cunningham has been active in the venture community since 1998, and currently serves as a general partner of Clear Fir Partners, L.P., a venture capital investment partnership. Prior to joining Clear Fir Partners, L.P., he served as Chief Executive Officer of RealCom Office Communications Inc., a national telecom services company. Previously, he served as a board member of Citel Technologies, Inc., a telecommunications company, and also served as its non-executive Chairman.
In addition to leading the InfoSpace board, Cunningham serves on the board of directors of Audience Science, Inc. and as an advisor to Petra Growth Fund II and to Qliance, Inc.
Cunningham holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Santa Clara University and a master's degree in business administration from University of Virginia.
Jules Haimovitz

Jules Haimovitz is the President of Haimovitz consulting, a media consulting firm. Prior to starting Haimovitz Consulting, Mr. Haimovitz served as vice chairman and Managing Partner of Dick Clark Productions Inc, a producer of programming for television, cable networks and syndicators. Previously he served in various capacities at Metro Goldwyn Mayer Inc., including President of MGM Networks Inc, Executive Consultant to the CEO, and Char of the Library Task Force.
Mr. Haimovitz is a director of blockbuster, Inc, a provider of in-home movie and game entertainment, and of ImClone Systems Incorporated, a biopharmaceutical company.
Mr. Haimovitz holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and communications and a Master of Arts degree in mathematics from Brooklyn College. He also serves on the Brooklyn College Foundation Board.
Gen. Richard D. Hearney (Ret.)

Gen. Richard D. Hearney retired from military service in 1996 as Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps. A highly decorated veteran, he served as Deputy Commander, 1st Marine Expeditionary Force during Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
From January 2000 to April 2002, Gen. Hearney served as president and CEO of Business Executives for National Security (BENS). BENS is a national, nonpartisan organization of business leaders who apply the lessons of their successful businesses to making our country safer and more secure.
Prior to joining BENS, Gen. Hearney joined the Boeing Company in 1996 as regional vice president of Business Development Western Europe.
Gen. Hearney holds a bachelor of arts degree from Stanford University and a master of arts degree from Pepperdine University. He is also a graduate of the Naval War College.
Steve Hooper
Ignition Partners
Steve Hooper was appointed to InfoSpace’s board of directors in April 2011. Hooper is a founding partner of Ignition Partners, a venture capital firm that invests in communications, internet, software, and technology companies.
Prior to founding Ignition, Hooper worked closely with Craig McCaw, a pioneer of the mobile-phone industry, for 18 years. Most recently, Hooper was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nextlink Communications (now XO Communications), where he was responsible for repositioning the company to an integrated communications provider of voice and data services. Before this, Hooper served as the Co-CEO at Teledesic along with McCaw. In that capacity, he oversaw the operation of the company and the negotiation of the multi-billion dollar satellite contract with Motorola.
From 1994 to 1997, Hooper served as the Chief Executive Officer at AT&T Wireless. As the President and CEO at the firm, he grew the company from $1.8 billion sales to $4 billion.
Hooper holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Seattle University, where he served as a Trustee for 14 years. He also serves as a director on the boards of Modiv Media, TTMI, SeaMobile, Sparkplug, Pubilc Mobile, Airbiguity and AVST.
Elizabeth Huebner

Elizabeth Huebner was appointed to InfoSpaces Board of Directors in May 2009. After a successful, 26year career in the finance sector, Huebner retired in 2006.
Most recently, Huebner served as chief financial officer and senior vice president at Getty Images, Inc., a distributor of digital images and content. Prior to working at Getty for six years, she was the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Primus Knowledge Solutions, Inc., where she successfully helped the company through its initial public offering. Huebner also served as vice president and chief financial officer of Fluke Corporation, vice president and chief financial officer for the Western Region of McCaw Cellular Communications, Inc., and as an audit manager with Arthur Andersen.
Huebner earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Utah.
William J. Ruckelshaus
President and Chief Executive Officer
William J. Ruckelshaus became president and CEO in April 2011 after serving as president and acting CEO since November 2010, and board member since May 2007.
Ruckelshaus previously served as Chief Financial Officer of AudienceScience, Inc., a venture–backed advertising technology and services company.
Prior to AudienceScience, Mr. Ruckelshaus was Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Development for Expedia, Inc., where he oversaw Expedia’s acquisitions and led strategic planning and cross–company business development efforts.
Mr. Ruckelshaus came to Expedia from Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group, where he was a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions focusing on services, software and Internet verticals.
Mr. Ruckelshaus is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
Andrew (Andy) M. Snyder
CEO of Cambridge Information Group (CIG)
Andrew (Andy) M. Snyder, CEO of Cambridge Information Group (CIG), a family-owned management and investment firm, was appointed to InfoSpace's Board of Directors in August 2011.
Mr. Snyder joined CIG in 2003 and is responsible for oversight of its operating companies and investments. Under his leadership, CIG has grown significantly and completed more than 30 acquisitions over the past eight years, including the $200+ million acquisition of ProQuest Information and Learning. Prior to joining CIG, Mr. Snyder spent seven years at the Goldman Sachs Group, where he most recently focused on traditional media, technology and services investing for the firm's private equity fund.
Mr. Snyder graduated cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated magna cum laude. He serves on the Board of The Association of American Publishers and is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
Lewis M. Taffer
Chief Marketing Officer, iGPS Company LLC
Mr. Taffer is Chief Marketing Officer of iGPS Company LLC, operator of the world's first pallet rental service providing manufacturers and receivers with lightweight, 100% recyclable plastic shipping pallets with embedded RFID tags. Prior to joining iGPS, Taffer was an operating advisor to Pegasus Capital Advisors, a New York-based private equity fund.
The bulk of Taffer's career was spent at American Express Company where headed the American Express Gold Card in the early 1990s, launched the Membership Rewards Program, and developed ShopAmex, an online shopping portal for Amex Cardmembers.
After a start as a legal aid lawyer in Pittsburgh, Taffer served as Assistant Counsel to the Senate Banking Committee in Washington, D.C., and authored several important federal statutes, including the Electronic Funds Transfer Act.
Taffer has been a Director of Infospace since 2001. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
Jim Voelker

Jim Voelker has played an integral role at InfoSpace since being named to the company's board of directors in July 2002. Jim served as InfoSpace’s chairman, president, and CEO from December 2002 until February 2009, and as its Chairman from February 2009 until December 2010.
Voelker has more than 25 years’ experience managing telecommunications and technology companies. As president and board director of NEXTLINK Communications, Inc., now XO Communications, Voelker was instrumental in developing the company vision and guiding overall operations from inception in 1994 through 1998.
Prior to NEXTLINK, Voelker served as CEO and board director of US Signal, where he directed the merger of various entities into a single unit that became the first full–service competitive local exchange carrier in the United States.
